About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Agent to handle inbound sales inquiries, understand customer logistics needs, convert leads into bookings, maintain client relationships, and record sales activities in the CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients
  • Generate and share booking confirmations
  • Maintain client relationships and provide updates
  • Coordinate with the operations team
  • Keep CRM updated with customer info and sales status
  • Maintain daily sales and lead records
